El nuevo sistema de rayos X XR75 DualX puede detectar contaminantes tan pequeños como 0,4 mm y mejora significativamente la detección de contaminantes blandos o de baja densidad, como huesos de aves y productos con piezas superpuestas en un paquete o bolsa, como papas fritas, vegetales congelados y nuggets de pollo, entre otros productos alimenticios.

El sistema de rayos X DualX analiza dos señales de rayos X, tanto de alta como de baja energía, para obtener una mayor tasa de detección de elementos de baja densidad, así como materiales extraños que los sistemas de rayos X estándar no detectaban anteriormente. DualX analiza las diferencias de materiales entre elementos orgánicos e inorgánicos para detectar eficazmente contaminantes blandos como piedra, vidrio, caucho, metal e incluso huesos de aves. The XR75 DualX Dual Energy X-Ray system features Anritsu A.L.L. (Advanced Long Life) technology for critical system components. Long life, low-power components have been implemented, as well as an x-ray tube/generator and detector. This low-output generator reduces heat generation, eliminating the need for a cooling system and results in a reduction in power consumption. Overall, the XR75 x-ray inspection system can reduce lifetime operating costs, making food inspection more affordable.
Standard features include HD imaging, tool-free belt and roller removal and an auto-learn product setup wizard. In addition, the dual energy system offers all of the other detection capabilities of an Anritsu X-Ray inspection system, including missing product detection, shape detection, virtual weight, count and package check, as standard features.
